The Law envisages a number of measures concerning governmental support of aircraft construction for the period of 1 July 2008 31 December 2012. Thus, advance repayments and prepayments subject to the contracts of aircraft construction enterprises (in accordance with Clause 2 of the Law "On Governmental Support of Aircraft Construction in Ukraine) received from the customers, as well as the loans obtained by the enterprises to finance construction of aircraft equipment as per contracts, shall be placed on the separate accounts of these enterprises.
Relevant amendments are introduced to the Laws "On the Governmental Support of the Aircraft Construction Industry of Ukraine", "On the Single Customs Tariff", "On Land Payment" and "On Value Added Tax."
